Under this slogan, on September 9th, the X Bicycle Pilgrimage from Chicago sets off to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Merrillville to travel 36 miles, undertaking the pilgrim's effort and entrust matters to God through the intercession of the Mother of God.

BICYCLE PILGRIMAGE PROGRAM:

7:30 am - Gathering at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Palos Hills. Registration, pilgrimage arrangements, prayer with blessing.

9:00 am - Start of the pilgrimage – trail length: 36 miles - two rest stops on route (45 minutes each)

2:00 / 2:15 pm - Arrival in Merrillville. Time for rest and lunch

3:30 pm - Start of prayers in the church - conference - exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament - rosary - opportunity to take advantage of the Sacrament of Holy Confession

Around 5:30 pm - Holy Mass concluding the pilgrimage

Return home by your own means of transportation.
